Hello Everyone,
I hope this email finds everyone well with Christmas fast approaching. I hope everyone is doing well.
In no time the New Year will be here it is time to be thinking about how to stay active during the winter months. I suggest coming and taking another Itcush/Mitzvah class. The classes can help with pain issues and mobility and teaches you new ways to use yourself for the rest of your life, how cool is that. This work has served me well, I had major pain issues before taking the training for this work. It took me some time to get Mitzvah in my body, once I really started using the exercises in everyday life this really improved things for me. I am pretty mobile and most of the time am pain free. I am human so of course I have run into pain issues but now I know enough about the exercises and how to use them for myself. I am usually able to release the pain in a short period of time without to much down time. I am able to maintain an active life style I feel because of the Itcush/Mitzvah.

I Hope to see some of you at the upcoming classes. This work is different than other fitness regimes it lets you get in touch with your own body. The Itcush/Mitzvah can really help to keep you moving better and with practise allows more ease of movement in every act you perform during the day. We move a lot in a day lets make those movements serve us not hurt us, cause we didn’t know about better body mechanics till you tried Itcush/Mitzvah. ( fantastic hey)

Intro to Mitzvah and Itcush Method

Location: All Saints Church, 1801 Lorne Ave, Saskatoon (Upstairs Studio)
Time: Thursdays 6:00-7:00 pm, starting Jan 23th

These exercises are easy to learn and designed for all ages groups and fitness levels. The classes are very educational and will teach you how to use yourself in a more efficient manner in your everyday life. You will learn how to help yourself with you own pain and tension issues and this is incredibly self-empowering. Do you remember what it felt like to be a child, free of aches and pains, this is what Mitzvah brings back into the body, FREEDOM.

(It’s important to bring a towel to classes to lay under your head for support)

Mitzvah and Itcush Method for Intermediate Level

Location: Kathy Morgan’s Studio, 1519 Grosvenor Ave. Saskatoon (Please come through side gate and around to back door)
Time: Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 pm, starting Jan 29th
Duration: 8 weeks

This class will incorporate more advanced exercises for both floor, chair and standing. We will also begin to work with the ‘small stool’ sequences which involve more movement.

In my own studio I will have access to all of my equipment and full mirrors. Being smaller classes, this will allow for more hands on instruction and each student will receive more individual and personal instruction.

*To attend this class you must have at least attended 2 sets of Intro classes previously.

Being a small studio, I only have room for max 4 students for each class so be sure to book soon.

For all classes please wear warm loose comfortable clothing. As well, for the first class please arrive a few minutes early to sign a consent form.
